Q. - Why should I purchase Ultra Profiler?

Q. - What is Ultra Profiler?
It's a PHP script you load as an add-on or stand alone program. If you have products that don't need a shopping cart, or people such as artists, or employees for your company, or other websites, including affiliate sites or products and even locations such as cities, or stores, etc...the list goes on and on.

Q. - How is this different from other products on the market?
This program was designed to be customizable and simplified for any user. There are other products out there, but they overcomplicate what's really needed. Content Management Systems (CMS) are way to complicated and other scripts just don't fit the bill. Look around for a few hours and see what we mean.

Q. - Is this script encoded?
Yes, to protect our software, some of the files are encoded. An activation key will be emailed to allow you to install the program. You will still be able to customize your templates to fit your needs.

Q - Are upgrades free?
Upgrades are free until the next full version. If you purchase version 1.0, you will receive free updates until version 2.0 : at which time an upgrade fee will be required.

Q - What is your refund policy?
If in compliance with all suggestions offered by our support staff, and adhering to the system requirements suggested prior to product purchase : if one of our scripts will not work on your server we will certainly issue a full refund.

Q - Can you install my script and how much will it cost?
Of course, our script installation fee is a flat $45. Purchase the optional installation request and we will contact you to make arrangements.

Q. - How do I know if this will work on my hosting server?

This is of course up to you : but we can say that the cost for our existing customers will be more then fair : 50 - 75% cost reduced. If you happen purchase within 3 weeks of a new version release : just email us and we will send you the new version for free.
